Jan Andera

Jan Andera is the Vice President of Operational Excellence at Adven Group, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served in various capacities at E.ON Sverige AB, including Head of Market & Business Intelligence, and held several leadership positions at Adven Group, such as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Business Development. Jan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Economic History from Lund University School of Economics and Management, where they also obtained a Master's degree in the same field.
