Eric Wei

Eric Wei is a Managing Director at Advent International. Eric has over 16 years of experience in the technology and software industries.

Wei began their career as a Principal at Sageview Capital, where they invested in Everbank, Financial Engines, Globeop, and Avalara. Eric then spent three years as a Vice President at Bain Capital, where they invested in Quintiles and Dunkin Brands. In 2008, they joined Advent International as a Managing Director.

At Advent, Wei has helped lead investments in companies such as Zenoti and Tekion Corp. Eric also served on the Board of Directors for Conservice The Utility Experts and CCC Intelligent Solutions. Most recently, they helped lead Advent’s investment in FinancialForce.

Eric Wei has a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
