Robert Weaver

Robert Weaver is the current Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Limited Partner Services at Advent International. Robert has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Advent International, Mr. Weaver was a Partner at TPG Capital from December 2011 to July 2015. Before TPG Capital, they worked at Morgan Stanley for 20 years from August 1991 to September 2011, where they held the title of Managing Director.

Robert Weaver has a MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BA from St. Lawrence University.

Robert Weaver reports to David Mussafer, Managing Partner and Chairman. They are on a team with Thibault Corrion - Director, Finance, Juliana Zapata - Vice President, and John Teng - Director, Business Analysis - Finance Systems.
