Kaley D.

Before that, Kaley was the Director of IT Business Solutions from January 2021 to May 2021, responsible for enhancing the business needs through strategic and tactical plans. Kaley also held the role of Senior Business Applications Manager from September 2018 to December 2020, where they managed CRM/POS software implementation and led efficiency initiatives for business processes. Following this, they continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) degree with a specialization in Information Architecture from 2010 to 2012.
