Jay DuPlessis

Jay DuPlessis has been working in the IT field since 2014. Jay began their career as an IT Associate at Severns Valley Baptist Church, followed by a role as an IT Consultant at the University of Kentucky in 2016. In 2018, they held a Student Internship at the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department LFCHD. In 2019, they became a Desktop Network Technician at Axiom Solutions LLC, and in 2020 they worked as a Substitute Teacher at Hardin County Schools. Jay is currently a Technical Support Specialist at adventfs.com, where they work with Customer Services, provides support chats and tickets, and serves as a mediator between customers and the IT development team.

Jay DuPlessis attended the University of Kentucky from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Communication Technology.
