Dwayne Fleming

Dwayne Fleming has extensive experience in information security and operations, having served in various leadership roles at AdventHealth from December 2017 to January 2019, including Director of Security Operations, Engineering & Threat Management, Information Security Engineering Manager, and Data Security Manager - Incident, Response, & Infrastructure. In these positions, Dwayne managed the Information Security Operations Monitoring, Response, and Security Infrastructure team, focusing on threat detection and response to protect the organization's mission. Prior to this, Dwayne worked at Circuit City from August 1991 to January 2001 as a Roadshop Manager, overseeing a $250,000 annual sales operation in car stereo sales and installation, with responsibilities including staff management and business operations. Dwayne holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Seminole State College of Florida and an Associate's degree in Computer Networking from Daytona State College.
