Michael Vatcher

Michael Vatcher is currently the Director of CRM and Analytics at AdventHealth, leading a digital marketing transformation in health care through the Salesforce platform. In this role, they oversee CRM implementation and manage data operations, customer insights, and analytics. Previously, Vatcher served as the Director of Merchandising at Alliance Marketing Group and coordinated projects at Northeast Support Services. Their career in healthcare began at Florida Hospital, where they held multiple roles, expanding consumer engagement strategies and improving call center operations. Vatcher earned a BA in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Westfield State University.
