Jonathan Chen

Jonathan Chen is an experienced executive with a strong background in corporate development and strategy. Currently serving as VP of Product Acceleration at Shopify and as an Advisor at Adverb Ventures, Jonathan previously held the role of VP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Twitter from November 2013 to November 2022, where Jonathan led significant M&A transactions and strategic investments. Earlier in the career, Jonathan worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley and as a Manager at Oracle Corporation, specializing in E-Business software. Jonathan holds an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
