Mathieu Gastal is a professional with experience in founding and managing various companies in the digital agency and restaurant guide industries. Mathieu is the Founder & Partner of Adveris, a digital agency with a team of 50 people and top clients like Nestlé, BPCE, and Carrefour. In addition to Adveris, Mathieu is also the Founder of Newtable.com, a guide for new restaurants in France, and OuBruncher.com, a leading restaurant guide focusing on brunch. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Mathieu worked as an Associate in M&A at Rothschild & Co. Mathieu holds a Master's degree from HEC Paris and attended Lycée Hoche for prep school in Economics & Marketing. In 2020, Adveris was awarded as the "Agency of the year", solidifying Mathieu's success in the industry.
