Dusan Basic has extensive experience in customer support and account management, currently serving as the VP of Customer Support at Adverity since May 2017, following roles as Customer Support Team Lead and Customer Support Specialist. Prior to Adverity, Dusan worked at DIMOCO as a Service and Implementation Manager from May 2015 to May 2017 and at Infobip from September 2013 to May 2015 in various account management positions. Dusan began a professional career with an internship in Enterprise-Wide Risk Management at OMV in 2012. Dusan holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Marketing & Sales from Fachhochschule Wiener Neustadt and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Information Systems from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
