Tim Field

Tim Field has extensive experience in continuous improvement and agile methodologies within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Adverity since March 2022, Tim focuses on enhancing work processes, implementing training on Kanban practices, and establishing a Centre of Excellence. Prior roles include Managing Consultant at Wipro Digital, where agile coaching was provided to a large bank department, and at Kainos, where Tim led the setup of an Agile project for VOSA. Tim also held various positions at Bupa, including IT strategy roles that involved agile coaching, project management, and the creation of deployment frameworks. Earlier career experience includes project management and development leadership at companies such as Bupa and Capita Children's Services.
