Kip Piper

Kip Piper, MA, FACHE, serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Health Results Group LLC, a strategic advisory firm focused on Medicaid and Medicare, since January 2003. Piper also holds the position of Senior Advisor for Medicaid at ADVI Health and leads Medonomics, Inc. as Chairman and CEO. Previous roles include Vice President at AcademyHealth, State Health Administrator and State Health Officer for Wisconsin, and Budget Officer for Medicare and Medicaid at the White House Office of Management and Budget. Piper's extensive expertise encompasses federal and state health legislation, patient access, coverage, and reimbursement, supported by a Master’s degree in Public Policy and Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
