Stacey Gilbert, MPH, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Precision Medicine at ADVI Health since October 2025, focusing on client engagements related to commercial and public payer policy, coverage, coding, and pricing/reimbursement. Prior to this role, Stacey held various leadership positions including Director of Payer Policy Compliance and Reimbursement Strategy at Castle Biosciences, and Head of Outcomes, Value, and Access at Previse. With extensive experience in market access, reimbursement strategies, and population health, key achievements include optimizing medical claims and enhancing colorectal cancer screening rates through strategic collaborations. Stacey's educational background comprises a Master of Public Health and multiple MBAs, complemented by a BS in Textile Marketing and Merchandising from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
