Andrew Vines is the QA and Compliance Manager at AdviceFirst, where they lead teams responsible for compliance and quality assurance. With a robust background in regulatory frameworks, Andrew previously held positions at the Bank of New Zealand, including Regulation and Compliance Manager and Senior Manager of Operational Risk & Compliance. They also contributed to the Earthquake Commission as the Manager of Compliance and Insurance, and began their career with the Financial Markets Authority as an Adviser in Retail Surveillance. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from De Montfort University.
