Benjamin Hindin is an experienced professional in client experience and customer service management. Currently serving as Head of Client Experience and previously as CX and Services Manager at AdviceFirst since September 2022, Benjamin has a solid background in operations and customer services, having worked as Operations Manager and Head of Customer Services at LifeDirect from July 2019 to September 2022. Benjamin's career began at Ticketek NZ, where responsibilities included Customer Care Manager and Team Leader roles. Earlier positions include Event Manager and Call Center Supervisor at Ticketek NZ, Freshmarket Assistant at Moore Wilson & Co. Limited, and Deck Hand at Douglas Brothers Fishing. Benjamin holds education credentials from St Patrick's College Wellington and McGirr Training.
