After working there for eight years, they joined Delphi Automotive Systems as a Divisional Manager of Projects. In 2006, they became the GM of Manufacturing at Sona Okegawa Precision Forgings Ltd. Prashant then moved on to Mahindra Gear in 2007, where they served as the Senior General Manager of Operations. Prashant continued their career at Hi Tech Gears Ltd as the Senior General Manager of Operations for four years. Following that, they worked at Advik Hi-Tech Pvt Ltd in various roles including President of Operations and President of New Product Development. Prashant also served as the President of Operations at Tirth Agro Technology Pvt. Ltd. and New Allenberry Works. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated their ability to manage operations, set up new plants, and lead teams successfully.
Prashant Kumar completed a Bachelor's degree in Production and Industrial from Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology between 1985 and 1989. Prashant later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Operations from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies between 2007 and 2011.
