Michael Malling is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of international experience in strategic sourcing and supply chain management. They have held various roles, including Project Manager for the Electro-Magnetics discipline at Schlumberger and Sourcing Manager at PGS, where they developed strategic partnerships and optimized costs. Currently, as an Advisor at AdviseTech AS, they assist organizations in professionalizing their supply chains and implementing effective sourcing strategies. Michael began their career in the Royal Norwegian Navy as a Navigator at Sea and has worked with leading global companies throughout their career.
