Rick Gardner

Rick Gardner, PMP, currently serves as the Director of Operations for LATAM at Advisicon, where they have been since 2003. They established Advisicon Mexico in 2006 and have since focused on project management training and consulting services, particularly in forming Project Management Offices (PMOs) for various organizations. Rick authored the "Balanced Scorecard" and created a proprietary methodology for Advisicon Mexico's consulting services. Additionally, they founded the first Latin American chapter of the Microsoft Project Association. Earlier in their career, Rick held roles at Encoda Systems and First Data Corporation, managing international accounts and supporting operational projects. Rick is pursuing a B.A. in Public Administration at the University of Oregon.
