Simon Lamarche

Simon Lamarche is a co-founder and current co-CEO of ADVISO, overseeing operations, finance, and human resources since November 2002. Simon has led strategic planning initiatives, implemented innovative talent well-being approaches, and advanced growth through performance systems and team accountability. Under Simon’s leadership, ADVISO has diversified its services and established key development programs for over 100 employees, ensuring governance and succession planning. Simon also contributed to academia as a lecturer in e-commerce at HEC Montréal from August 2013 to December 2017, focusing on digital strategy and marketing. Simon holds a Master's degree in e-commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Information Technology from HEC Montréal.
