Andrew Baizen

Andrew Baizen has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and development. Andrew is currently serving as a Lead UX Strategist at Advisor360° since August 2022. Before this, they held the position of UX Design Manager from August 2019 to September 2023 at the same company. Previously, they worked as a Senior UX Designer at Advisor360° from May 2019 to August 2019.

Prior to their role at Advisor360°, Andrew worked as a Principal UX Designer at Magenic Technologies from January 2012 to May 2019. Before that, they served as a Senior Web UI Developer at Swap.com from August 2008 to January 2012 and as the Director of User Experience at MyDesignIn for a brief period from May 2008 to August 2008.

Andrew also worked as a Senior Web UI Developer at Casino City from April 2006 to May 2008 and at Gather, Inc from September 2005 to April 2006. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Web User Interface Developer at NLG from April 2002 to September 2005. Andrew started their career in the industry as a Web UI Developer at Xalient from 2001 and then as a Web UI Developer at Breakaway Solutions from 2000.

From 1994 to 1998, Andrew Baizen attended Syracuse University where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Filmmaking and Photography.
