John E. Howard, II is a Transformation Practitioner and Community Servant with over 29 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. They have held various roles, including President of the BlackRose Group and CEO of JH2 Performance Group, focusing on enterprise transformation and operational turnaround. John has actively participated in Lean and Six Sigma deployments across the Department of Defense and private industry, and has mentored over 2,300 professionals in process improvement methodologies. In addition to their executive roles, they serve as a Board Member at The Sante Center, integrating community service into their business practices. John earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
