Michael D. Lappin is an experienced Managing Partner in the real estate sector, focusing on investment, development, and affordable housing consulting since 2012. Prior to this role, they served as CEO and President of The Community Preservation Corporation and CPC Resources, Inc., where they led efforts to finance nearly $8 billion for the creation and rehabilitation of over 147,000 homes.
