Osprival Descomme is an award-winning humanitarian and the Executive Director at Training for Change Initiatives (T4c Initiatives), as well as a member of the Scarborough Rotary Club, District 7070. With a background in community education and a commitment to sustainable development, Osprival has worked tirelessly to enhance the quality of life in rural communities, particularly in Haiti. They have been recognized as a humanitarian nominee for their efforts in facilitating education and environmental awareness, and they continue to advocate for vulnerable populations through holistic approaches. Osprival holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Ecole Normale de Freres and has served as a teacher in both Canada and Haiti.
