Patrick Conlon

Patrick Conlon is the Managing Principal at The Conlon Group LLC and a Graduate Corporate Faculty member at Harrisburg University. Since 2000, they have served as a business advisor, helping organizations enhance operational performance, implement strategic changes, and achieve significant revenue growth through coaching and innovative solutions. Patrick has held various leadership roles, including General Manager positions at Viasystems and Interplex, where they successfully built operations and drove improvements in efficiency and quality. They hold an MBA in Corporate Management from Alvernia University and have earned Black and Green Belts in Lean Six Sigma.
