Seth Kines

Seth Kines is the Founder and CEO of Scarlet Boom, a position held since April 2020. Seth also operates as an Advisor for AdvisoryCloud since January 2021. Previously, Seth served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Strand Hospitality Services from June 2014 to November 2016, overseeing marketing and sales efforts for The Inn at the Crossroads, a luxury boutique hotel in Lake City, SC. Additional experience includes roles as Front Office Manager at Hyatt Regency Greenville, SC, and Assistant Front Office Manager at Kiawah Island Golf Resort, as well as holding the titles of Chief Marketing Officer at Lake City Creative Alliance and Executive Director at Visit Lake City. In these roles, Seth focused on enhancing guest service, managing large teams, and driving tourism-based economic development initiatives.
