Terry Obrien

Terry O'Brien is an experienced professional in operational effectiveness and training, currently serving as an Advisor at AdvisoryCloud since February 2021. Previously, Terry held the position of Senior Consultant at Guidehouse from August 2021 to November 2025, specializing in Lean Six Sigma methodology and Change Management. At Change Healthcare, Terry worked as a Professional Development Trainer and Project Manager from November 2017 to November 2020, focusing on the design and implementation of training programs in healthcare solutions. Terry also operated O'Brien Property Consultants, Inc. as President for nearly two decades and managed Detention Management, LLC from August 2009 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, Terry was a Master Black Belt at GE Capital, instructing business leaders in Six Sigma practices. Terry holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's in Business Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
