Tod Coles is a seasoned business development and operations leader with over 25 years of experience driving growth and successful exits across various sectors, including manufacturing and real estate. They currently serve as a Partner and Co-Founder at CostaMerica Capital LLC, focusing on capital investments for renewable energy in Costa Rica, and as Senior Vice President of Business Development at Phoenix Stair Inc.
