Markus Persson

Markus Persson has extensive work experience in the IT consulting and project management field. Markus started their career at Tieto as an IT consultant, where they worked on system implementation and upgrades, and was responsible for the "klientfabriken" department. Markus also served as a member of the Junior Advisory Board.

After their time at Tieto, Persson worked as an IT consultant at MRS Data before becoming a co-owner and IT consultant at Denuo. At Denuo, they had a comprehensive role in delivering projects, planning assignments, and was the chairman of the board.

Following their time at Denuo, Persson joined Atea Sverige AB as an IT consultant and project manager. Markus worked on various change and migration projects, as well as contributed to the development of national initiatives for consultancy.

Currently, Persson is the owner and CEO of Advitum AB. As CEO and founder, they have worked in various areas such as IT consulting, project management, coaching, leadership, and finance. Markus has been involved in business and operational development, as well as being responsible for IT consulting, finance, and board work.

Throughout their career, Persson has gained experience working with notable suppliers such as Citrix, Microsoft, Igel, and VMware, and has been involved in projects such as migration projects for Nybro Kommun, the implementation of virtualization solutions for a medium-sized municipality, and the introduction of a mobile workplace based on Citrix solutions for a Swedish media group.

Markus Persson attended Åkrahällskolan from 1990 to 1992, although no degree or field of study is provided for this period. Markus then went on to attend Kalmar University from 1993 to 1995, where they obtained a Kandidatexamen degree in Mathematics and Computer Science.
