Matt Cox serves as the Director of Enterprise Systems and Automation at Advizex, where responsibilities include developing innovative solutions to business challenges and enhancing automation for internal processes and clients. Previously, as a Senior Solutions Architect at Advizex, Matt led the creation of a comprehensive Service Desk and various monitoring frameworks, executed a successful migration to ServiceNow, and improved time tracking systems. Prior experience includes a tenure at ROLTA | Americas, where Matt designed incident management systems and developed proprietary monitoring software for numerous client environments. Matt holds a BS in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre and Spanish from St. Ambrose University.
