Advocare is an independent, community-based, not-for-profit organisation protecting the rights of older people and standing up against elder abuse.

We empower older people by giving them information and choice so they can make informed decisions and live the life they want, on their terms.

Our services are centred around:

•	Protecting the rights of older people
•	Addressing elder abuse
•	Overcoming social isolation; and
•	Accessing aged care services

We also lead the Alliance for the Prevention of Elder Abuse in WA (APEA:WA), and are proudly the only WA member of the national Older Persons Advocacy Network (OPAN).
