Ryan Moore, CSCS, USAW, is the owner of Moore Performance S&C, LLC, specializing in athletic performance and personal training since January 2016. As a personal trainer at Puravida Fitness since September 2012, Ryan provides individual and group training, focusing on mobility and strength development for amateur athletes. Additionally, as an AdvoCare distributor since February 2012, Ryan helps individuals enhance nutrition and overall well-being. Previous experience includes serving as the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Apple Valley High School and as a strength and conditioning coach at Thomas Jefferson High School, where Ryan contributed to athlete performance and injury prevention. Ryan also has a background as a football coach at both Jefferson High School and The College of St. Scholastica. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and an Associate's degree from Dakota County Technical College.
