Most people don't get hired because of their resume. They get hired because someone vouched for them.

AdvocateHire is a referral marketplace. Job seekers find professionals who can make a real introduction inside companies they want to work for. Advocates get paid when that introduction leads to an interview.
That's it.
No resume black holes. No applying into a black hole. Just real people connecting with other real people who have skin in the game.
Nobody pays unless an interview happens.
We built this because access has always been the real barrier. Not talent. Not qualifications. Access.

Now there's a marketplace for it.
Where Talent Skips The Line.
