Izak Stander

Izak Stander is an experienced educator and school leader, currently serving as Principal at Abbotts Colleges within the ADvTECH Group since January 2014, following a tenure as Deputy Principal starting in the same year. Izak has also acted as Principal on multiple occasions, demonstrating effective leadership during these periods. Prior to this role, Izak was a Teacher and Head of Department at Uitsig High School from January 2009 to December 2013, providing tailored instruction to meet diverse student needs. Izak's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Further Education and Training / Education Management from the University of Pretoria and a National Senior Certificate from Eldoraigne High School. Key teaching areas include Computer Applications Technology and Afrikaans First Additional Language.
