Lillian Bususu is currently the National Graduate Skills Development Manager at AdvTech Group (IIE Rosebank College), where they focus on enhancing graduate employability through various strategic initiatives. Previously, Lillian served as the Director of Operations at T & T Group, overseeing operations and implementing growth strategies, and as the Sales & Marketing Manager at Cresta Group of Hotels, where they developed marketing plans and managed key accounts. Lillian is also a recipient of the Youth Employment Award SA and is involved in the Presidential Youth Working Group to advise on youth empowerment policies. Lillian is pursuing a degree in Business & Management Coaching at the University of Stellenbosch.
