Lulama Mafisa

Lulama Mafisa is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and human capital strategy. Currently serving as the Group Talent Manager at ADvTECH Group since June 2022, Lulama provides expert advice in areas such as Talent Management, Employment Equity & Transformation, and strategic workforce planning. Prior experience includes the role of Head of People at Primedia Group, where responsibility encompassed executing human capital strategy and change management. Lulama also held various positions at Dimension Data Middle East and Africa, including Talent Manager and Talent and OD Business Partner, and worked as a Human Capital Consultant at FirstRand Corporate Centre. Lulama holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honours in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has a comprehensive educational background in human resources management.
