Tlotlo Moea

Tlotlo Moea is a highly experienced Senior Program/Project Manager currently leading the HR and Payroll Digital Transformation platform at ADvTECH Group since January 2023. Prior to this role, Tlotlo headed the HR Digital Transformation at Massmart from May 2021 to April 2023 and served as a Project Manager at Business Connexion Pty (Ltd), overseeing the transition of NGA Africa into BCX. Tlotlo has a solid background in SAP SuccessFactors project management, having worked with NGA Human Resources where responsibilities included managing project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication. Tlotlo's extensive experience also encompasses consultancy roles at Accenture Technology Solutions, specializing in SAP ABAP and SuccessFactors, and early engineering positions that involved system configurations and installations. Tlotlo holds a degree in Information Technology from the Central University of Technology, Free State.
