We specialize in RLHF for code, reasoning data annotation, and multilingual NLP. Our team consists of in-house software engineers who have shipped production code, alongside linguists and domain specialists drawn from research institutions, universities, and applied practices across their domains.

We operate a full data acquisition practice. We identify, source, and structure raw data from environments, communities, and languages that existing datasets have not reached. Where the data does not exist, we build the infrastructure to create it: on-the-ground field collection, embedded community partnerships, and multi-stage quality assurance pipelines with linguist and domain review at every layer.

We offer AI consulting and custom model development. We work with organizations at the strategic level, helping them understand what they actually need, what data architecture supports it, and where the gaps are between their current position and what they intend to build. For clients that require AI built entirely around their own domain, their users, and their data, we develop and deliver it end to end.

The same expertise serves the African continent directly. Our open-source Ghanaian language datasets on Hugging Face have become a foundation for speech recognition and language models in markets that have historically had no training data to build from, and that work has extended into successful deployments across financial services, healthcare, and government. The through-line is accessibility: systems built with the data of the people they serve, so they actually work for them.
