Archana is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in founding and managing startups. Currently serving as the Founder and COO of Adya since May 2023, Archana previously held the same title at Eunimart from August 2016 to May 2023. Archana has participated in various entrepreneurial programs, including the Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator and the Alchemist Accelerator. Notable past leadership roles include Founder and CEO of Roe Creation from 2002 to 2016 and COO of Planet Goa, which achieved recognition for its focus on eco-tourism. Archana's educational background includes advanced programs in entrepreneurship and finance from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and the MIT Global SCALE Network, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree from Sir Vithaldas Thackersey College of Home Science.
