Ankit Gupta

Ankit Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical product operations and support within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Global Team Lead and Technical Product Operations Manager at Adyen since June 2019, Ankit leads innovative projects in Operations AI, utilizing Language Model technology to enhance operational efficiency. Prior experiences include roles as Team Lead Tech Support and Technical Support Engineer, as well as an internship focused on airport ground station lighting with Deerns. Ankit holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and has further education from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
