Fernando Braz

Fernando Braz is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software engineering and team leadership. Currently serving as the Development Team Lead at Adyen since July 2021, Fernando previously held roles at WAES as a Senior Software Engineer, and at ThoughtWorks as Tech Lead/Senior Software Engineer. Earlier in the career, Fernando worked as a Software Engineer at Avenue Code, focusing on Java integration and microservices projects, and provided educational expertise as a teacher at Faculdade Pitagoras and FUNCESI. Additionally, Fernando has experience in full-stack development at Satya Sistemas and held a graduate scholarship at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, specializing in formal verification techniques. Fernando holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from PUC Minas.
