James I. is an experienced professional currently serving as an AML & Screening Monitoring Investigator at Adyen since October 2025. Previously, James held the position of Product Analyst at Source.ag from February 2023 to 2025, where responsibilities included designing product discovery processes, leading market localization for five or more new regions utilizing AI and machine translation, and conducting user research to enhance product adoption. Prior to Source.ag, James worked as an Intelligence Analyst at Corsearch, investigating counterfeit-goods networks and employing various methods to build network maps. James also served as a Defense Department Research Intern at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, focusing on ISIS’s online propaganda, and began a career as a Research Assistant at Motivaction International.
