Lahari Rao

Lahari Rao is a seasoned professional in internal communications, currently serving as the Global Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Adyen since February 2024. Prior to this role, Lahari worked as an Internal & Executive Communications Consultant at Good Chai Communication and Digital Media, focusing on both internal and external communications. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Internal Communications at Gusto, where Lahari led communication strategies for technical teams, and as Head of People & Diversity Communications at Pinterest, overseeing HR and diversity initiatives. At Facebook, Lahari functioned as an Internal Communications Business Partner, managing communications for the Consumer Marketing team and the 2019 brand rebranding campaign.
