Lloyd Winans

Lloyd Winans is a seasoned banking and corporate counsel with extensive experience in the financial sector. They served as Counsel at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 1987 to 1989, and later held general counsel positions at Lehman Brothers Bank from 1999 to 2009 and Citibank from 1993 to 1999. Currently, Lloyd is the General Counsel for the Americas at Adyen and also serves as a Director at Atlantis International Inc. Lloyd holds a JD in International and Comparative Law from Penn State Dickinson Law and a B.A. in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
