Mac Cherny

Mac Cherny is a multifaceted professional currently serving as a Program Manager and Ops Academy Trainer at Adyen since October 2023. Cherny's extensive experience in the arts includes roles as a comedian and playwright at Sidewalk Lily Productions, showcasing work in renowned Chicago theaters as well as regional venues. Previous positions include Learning and Development Specialist and Talent Development Coordinator at project44, and Community Manager at BNI Chicago, where business development skills were enhanced for over 500 entrepreneurs. Cherny has also contributed to education as a substitute teacher and directed theater camps, highlighting a diverse background in both performance and training. Cherny holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from the University of Connecticut and has completed several specialized programs in improvisation and training methodologies.
