Mandy Patterson

Mandy Patterson, MA, currently serves as Team Lead - Documentation at Adyen, co-managing the Docs team and enhancing the documentation experience for customers. Prior to this role, Mandy held several positions at Sprout Social, Inc., including Manager of Customer Education, where a focus was placed on developing education strategies, and as Senior Technical Writer, where Mandy established a technical communication vision within the Brand Creative team. Mandy's experience also includes technical writing roles at Sertifi, Inc., PowerReviews, and kCura, where significant contributions were made to documentation strategies and processes. Additionally, Mandy has a background in teaching technical communication at Missouri State University and has been involved in community advocacy through HealthCentral. Mandy holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing from Missouri State University.
