Mark Wood currently serves as the Account Management Academy Manager at Adyen since December 2022. Prior to this, Mark spent over seven years at Amazon, holding various roles including Associate Experience Program Manager and Senior Field Account Manager: Training. Mark also worked as a Youth Worker at Streatham Youth and Community Trust from 2007 to 2017, focusing on planning engaging sessions for young people. Additionally, Mark held the position of Lead Google Specialist at TRO, leading a team to launch the first-ever Google Shop. Early career experience includes roles at Dixons Retail, starting as a sales colleague and advancing to customer services. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Drama and Dramatics/Theatre Arts from Kingston University and completed education at The BRIT School.
