Mike Waters has a diverse professional background spanning roles in marketing, account management, and general management. Starting as a Marketing Intern at Lyle & Scott in 2019, Mike transitioned to a Delivery Driver role at Ocado Group in 2020, subsequently joining a graduate scheme that included placements as a Business Process Manager, Central Excellence Project Manager, Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, and Solutions Executive. Currently, Mike serves as an Account Manager at Adyen since November 2024. Mike holds a BA in Business and Management from the University of York, along with A-level qualifications in Business Studies, English Literature, and Physical Education from Richard Hale Science Academy.
