Niloy Gupta is a seasoned professional in the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as a Staff AI Research Engineer at Adyen since December 2025. Previously, Niloy was a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Attentive, where responsibilities included leading Audiences AI to enhance user engagement through tailored AI and machine learning models. As Co-Founder and CTO of Lambent Logic, Niloy developed a Revenue Management SaaS for the life sciences industry, addressing significant revenue leakage and securing $1M in funding. Prior experience includes a Tech Lead Manager role in Computational Finance at Affirm, where Niloy scaled machine learning systems and managed talent, as well as other key positions at Yelp and Goldman Sachs. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
