Rob Whitacre has a diverse professional background with significant experience in technical support, product analysis, and client solutions. Currently serving as a Team Lead for Technical Support at Adyen since July 2022, Rob has also held roles as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and Technical Support Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Product Analyst at Bright MLS and as a Software Engineering Student at App Academy. Rob's career began at Sports Performance Tracking, where contributions were made as both a Sales Executive and Business Development Representative. Additionally, Rob has experience in leadership from participation in a Leadership Development Program at E. & J. Gallo Winery and as a Long Branch Ocean Rescue Beach Captain for the City of Long Branch. Rob holds a degree in Management Consulting from the University of Notre Dame and completed training at App Academy.
