Sofie P. currently serves as a UX Lead at Adyen, where Sofie leads a global UX team focused on Developer Experience, Customer Onboarding, and Lifecycle, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction. Previously, Sofie held various roles at Adyen, including UX Lead for Onboarding & Compliance and Product Designer, and has experience as a Founding Product Designer at Clear. bio, where Sofie contributed to personalized nutrition solutions. Additional roles include advising on product and UX at OpenUp, where Sofie supported leadership in customer desirability testing, as well as being instrumental in early product design efforts at Yolt, Jump, and TravelBird. Sofie is also a member of the Client Advisory Board at iPractice, collaborating to shape client-centered care approaches. Educationally, Sofie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Multimedia Design from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
